☆ think twice before buying
Phone keeps freezing and have to keep resetting it. Screen plays up and had to knock the code and face recognition off would think twice before buying one of these phones only had it 6 weeks and now to late to send it back

Great camera and good battery life
Bought this for our daughter. She uses it all the time and takes a lot of pictures with it. It's one of the best iPhones and lives up to our expectations. For a refurbished phone it was in excellent condition and has shown no sign of faults or problems in the year since we bought it and it gets a lot of use.

Worth the buy!
Great iPhone for the price! I purchased with the ‘excellent condition’ option. No visible scratches on front, sides or back of phone, and the battery sits at a healthy 86%. Will definitely start buying refurbished phones more often! No issues at all

Disappointed by product and seller communication
iPhone 14 Pro. Described as ‘Excellent’ condition. The front facing camera is blurry and a phone notification repeatedly informs me that the phones battery is not an apple part and therefore ‘specific battery health metrics may not be displayed’. I have made repeated attempts to speak to the seller. Disappointed by the seller and the product. You will also have to pay recorded delivery to return the faulty item to them. Once that is done, you will get no help from their massages through amazon and will be on hold for ever if you call their direct contact number from their website.

Bien dans l’ensemble mais ..
L’iPhone a toutes ses capacités, l’état de la batterie est à 99 % ,fluide , aucunes rayures… Cependant je ne comprends pas pourquoi je ne peux pas localiser mon iPhone ? Malgré que le bouton soit activé, que mes amis puissent voir ma localisation, je n’ai pas la fonctionnalité de pouvoir moi voir leurs localisations ainsi que la mienne ? Je ne comprends pas, et cela m’intrigue beaucoup pour ma sécurité .
