Good suplement but coud be a wee bit cheeper

Quality, technical, functional.
Really therapeutic, esp after a late or long trainings session. Great for recovery and minimising cramps, aids natural sleep. Quality pharma grade ingredients. Love it :)

Best for supplements
I take them every night - separate to Iron tablets in the morning. They help sleeping, they stop leg cramps and spasms or restless leg immediately. They are highly absorbable, help with so many things, hair, skin etc. Worth the money, I don’t use anything else, and also take Olimp multivitamins. Very easy to identify and use, because they are colour coded.
