Delicious and effective
The taste is so good! I like a more mild chocolate taste and this was great! I have to admit, I have slept great the past few nights I’ve used it, will def purchase again.

Cheaper means to accomplish the same resor even better
Probably a good product for very minor sleep issues. Does help me fall asleep fast but that only lasted for about 2-3 hours. Very expensive for the amount you get. Does not dissolve easily. Tried it with water and milk. Much, much less expensive ways to accomplish the same results. I contribute the high price to the radio and tv sponsors. Somebody is making a killing off this product

Great taste however that’s the only positive, wanted to love it.
I’ve had sleep issues my entire life and I get so tired of just taking OTC sleep medication. I either have a problem, falling asleep or staying asleep or a combination of both as I am also in my mid 50s. After reading so many people ranting and raving about this product. I thought I would have to give it a try, and I tried these cinnamon cocoa type of flavor. I did learn the hard way that you need to put it in a big enough cup that you can use some type of a froth or type of personal blender to really get the powder to dissolve. The taste is fantastic! I could easily drink that every night without a problem. However, did it work? No. I tried taking this for a week. I tried taking it 30 minutes before bedtime, 45 minutes before bedtime, an hour before bedtime, and none of it helped. That only did it not help, but I woke up with these massive like shooting leg pains in the front and back of my thighs. I thought it seemed like the weirdest thing until I read another review where somebody said it can cause restless leg syndrome. I also was much more awake with zero deep sleep then when I don’t take this product. I really don’t understand where all the hype is on this. But this is an absolute no for me.

Beam Dream vs Sleepy Cocoa Comparison Review
After trying both Beam Dream and Sleepy Cocoa as sleep aids, I thought it would be helpful to share my experience and comparison of these two products for anyone looking for a good night's sleep. I’ve been seeing Beam Dream everywhere online, and I was initially attracted to its promise of a restful night. The formula includes ingredients like melatonin and magnesium, which are commonly used for sleep support. The texture and taste were pleasant, and I did find that it helped me fall asleep faster on most nights. I enjoyed the chocolate cinnamon flavor, it reminded me a little bit of Mexican hot chocolate. Beam has an impressive, clean formula and ingredient list. However, there are a few downsides. Firstly, Beam Dream relies primarily on melatonin, which can be a deal-breaker for those preferring a melatonin-free alternative. Additionally, while effective, the cost per serving is on the higher end, making it an expensive choice for long-term use. On the other hand, Sleepy Cocoa impressed me with its comprehensive approach to promoting restful sleep. It contains 9 sleep-promoting supplements vs. the 4 supplements used in Beam Dream. Sleepy Cocoa includes l-theanine, lemon balm, holy basil, magnesium glycinate, zinc, cherry tart extract, and GABA. Notably, it's melatonin-free, which I prefer as it avoids the potential dependency or disruption of natural sleep rhythms associated with melatonin use. The standout aspect of Sleepy Cocoa is its cost-effectiveness for such an advanced formula. It offers a greater value for the price compared to Beam Dream, making it a more sustainable option for regular use. The taste is also cozy and comforting, akin to a warm cup of classic hot cocoa, which adds to the overall relaxing experience. The taste reminded me of a semi-sweet chocolate bar. While both Beam Dream and Sleepy Cocoa are effective in their own rights, my preference leans towards Sleepy Cocoa. Its melatonin-free formula, combined with a rich blend of 9 rest-promoting ingredients, offers a more holistic approach to improving sleep quality. Moreover, its cost makes it an attractive option for those looking to incorporate a sleep aid into their nightly routine without breaking the bank. For anyone seeking a natural, cost-effective sleep supplement, I highly recommend giving Sleepy Cocoa a try.

GET READY TO SLEEP
I’ve been using this stuff for the past year and it helps my sleep so much. I’m not gonna lie. The chocolate regular dream is my favorite, but they are all good.
