I bought this mainly for my skin and I haven’t been disappointed. I’ve been taking it for about a month now and I’m glowing, I’ve seen a reduction in all my sun spots sun damage, my skin tone has evened out and the backs of my hands of all things look much younger. If you’re the kind of person who sees an improvement in your complexion after taking your vitamin c tablets, you will probably experience the same kind of improvements as me.
