The Rexel Meteor Half Strip Stapler is excellent quality. I’ve had mine for 5 years and it still works just as well as the day I bought it. The metal body makes it sturdy and long-lasting, and it staples cleanly without jams. Handles both 24/6 and 26/6 staples easily, with a solid, smooth action. A dependable, well-made stapler that’s built to last!

Works as a stapler should. Handy size for my work bag. Office one is always missing, this saves some time.

Solid bit of kit, good weight to it, not flimsy, that said, it only needs the lightest touch to staple through multiple layers of A4 documents. I had two ten-year-old staplers, and this seems much easier to use than the two that broke the same day. Now I have one stapler that is so easy to press down and a clean, tidy staple each time, so far so good. I can recommend and if needed I would buy again.

Nice price conparitavely until you realise on arrival you don't get any staples! Look for products marginally more expensive, or even cheaper that do instead.

When it is fully loaded and ready to go it works fine, but loading the magazine of the blasted piece of junk is another matter. The first problem is that the staple feed spring is too strong, so when you close the stapler after loading it, the "rammer" for want of a better word, slams into the sheaf of staples, and breaks it into pieces. This is where the second serious flaw comes in. Unlike with every other stapler I have used there is no central guide in the magazine to help align the staples and keep them upright as they move down the stapler. This means that the pieces of the now broken up sheaf of staples can go any which way the like, including pinging out of the end of the stapler and flying across the room. It also means that after completing the laborious task of picking up the pieces of the sheaf of staples from the floor you cannot then load them in the stapler, because they are now too small and fall over. A complete and utter garbage design. As soon as I have obtained a better designed replacement it's going to go in the scrap metal bin at the recycling centre.

Very happy with this stapler for home office to replace my ancient one, which suddenly broke. It's substantial in weight but not too heavy, is metal, feels good in the hand and staples very nicely without jamming so far. Reasonable price for the quality and delivered the next day with Prime. Takes 26/6 staples. Can recommend.
