Love the dosage.

Works great! I get sleepy and lay down and I fall asleep within 30-45 minutes. I just take it 1 hour before I want to sleep. That gives me time for a tv show or reading before I go to sleep. I would not drive on this medication. The pill is small, I have never tasted it, you swallow the pill ( it doesn’t dissolve! I give a 5 star rating!

I bought these hoping I could give my body a bit of a break from things like Tylenol PM to help me sleep and so far I’m fairly pleased. The bottles are small enough that I’m able to place them just about anywhere, from my carry-on to my purse, which is definitely nice because i travel a lot between work and visiting with family and friends, they help me drift off to sleep if I take them an hour or two before bed, without any residual grogginess the next day and they’re definitely easy to chew (or swallow quickly with a small glass of water if you prefer), but man the smell and taste are definitely lacking. Upon opening the bottle my nose was assaulted with the most unpleasant scent that I can only describe as being a little too “all natural” in its components and the aftertaste of the pills once chewed was a little funky, despite the first bit of sweetness added to try and mask it. Still, it wasn’t so off putting that I’d shy away from purchasing this particular brand of melatonin again. 4 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Depending on the amount of melatonin that you need to sleep, this might be a solid buy for you, given the quantity. For me it’s definitely been working slightly better than most brands I’ve encountered.

I used it during knee replacement surgery with good results

I tried this product for three days and never fell asleep. In fact for some reason I was unable to sleep after taking this pill. After 50 mg I thought I would be out like a light and sleep through the night, but it was just the opposite. I couldn’t turn off The brain thinking, just tossing and turning and unable to relax and sleep. I don’t get it. I’m back to my liquid melatonin drops.3mg dropper, X4 dropper full. At least I sleep on it.

I do love the item itself but the quality just keeps going downhill. It starting to be more powder than pills!
