Went to the doctor, levels were low doctor recommended and I have been taking them as recommended, great buy , good absorption,no affect, no after taste, clean ingredients highly recommend

I’ve been very pleased with this product. My GP wanted me to take a D3 supplement but the prescription level caps she prescribed were not covered by my insurance and were expen$ive! I was delighted to discover the needed 50,000 unit dosage available through Amazon at a substantial savings and subsequent blood panels have proven that it’s an efficient delivery vehicle - my D3 levels are being maintained easily.

I've been taking these for a little while now, and they definitely work. I had to get the vegan option in replacement of my actual prescription and at first they hurt my head but now I feel a lot more energized. I have an appointment later to let me know if my vitamin D has actually gone up.

It's easily absorbed and tasteless. All my capsules have come intact and I've been ordering for two years. The shipments have been timely. I've noticed an improvement in my health and immunity (have not caught a cold or the flu) since taking these, even though I eat healthy and exercise regularly. I've had shortfalls in my Vitamin D3 levels occasionally in the past, according to my blood tests. I first read about the benefits of high dosage Vitamin D3 from reading self-published books from Amazon. The below authors recommend that you take Vitamin K to ensure that Vitamin D goes into your bones, instead of calcifying your arteries. I take Triple Vitamin K in veg capsule form to cover all the bases, as there's a debate on which form of K is best for Vitamin D (from Amazon: "Vitamin K - Triple Play" by Bronson, 180 vegetarian capsules bottle). Vitamin D is also supposed to help fight colds and viruses. RECOMMENDED DOSAGE: The conventional recommended dosage is anywhere from 2,000 iu to 5,000 iu a day. You should be aware that Magnesium and/or Potassium and cause stomach upset in some people. MAGNESIUM: ALTERNATE METHODS TO TAKE TO BYPASS STOMACH: EPSOM SALTS is said to be an alternate way to avoid ingesting it orally, by soaking in these salts. Another method is skin application by creme. Please search engine the above alternate methods for instructions and efficacy. Since I've haven't tried these methods, I don't know if they may upset the stomach in the end. You MUST monitor yourself with blood tests when taking any megadoses. High Vit D dosages can make your Calcium levels too high, which is dangerous and painful, causing heart rhythm problems. High Vit D doses can also cause electrolyte imbalances.
