Wonderful. Recommended by my phsyio as I cannot have ibruprofen or anti inflammatory medication. Used loads after a hip replacement for leg painand gave great relief. I feel that the action of rubbing and stimulating the blood flow is part of the healing with the cream. It's a bit expensive but on balance I feel it is worth it.

As a result of pinched nerve I've suffered from back pain and resulting severe tension headaches for over a year. Pain day and night. Not wanting to get stuck in the prescription pain killer pill bog, I've tried several pain relief cremes. Generally the pain is relieved for a few hours, but in few hours comes back just as bad. Not so with Fisiocrem Solugel. The pain abated in less than five minutes after application, I slept well and awoke feeling no pain! Some tension, sure, since my nerve condition is still there, but no pain. For the first time in months was able to do my exercises without wanting to kill myself. Using now before going to bed, and on bad days once more as needed. The smell is less invasive than other hot-and-cold cremes I've tried, I find it rather pleasing, with herbal tinges. The sensation after application I find also pleasant, a real "cold-hot" tingly feeling, but again, less intense than other cremes. If you're sensitive might be a good idea to order smaller amount and test for allergic reactions. However, I feel that Fisiocrem Solugel is milder than other products out there. I suffer with chronic pain in my knees and back and have tried many different cremes to alleviate the symptoms. I wasn't sure about Fisiocrem being any different, but after reading other users positive reviews I thought I would give it a try. I must say I have been very impressed with it, the pain in my knees has eased and they feel a lot more flexible which in turn makes it easier to walk. I massage the cream into my back and knees at night before sleeping and have found that I sleep much better due to the nice warm/cool feeling it gives. A couple more applications during the day keeps me feeling a lot more comfortable. I am very happy with Fisiocrem and I would recommend it.

I like the texture and the easy application, cool and non greasy. As for pain relief, I am not sure. It certainly cools hot spots and helps relieve aches in small areas e.g. arthritic thumb and elbow joints. As for chronic back pain, sometimes I feel it helps, and sometimes not. There seems to be no advantage to regular use, over intermittent use. It is nice to massage in and not much is needed. That said, there is definitely something about this product that attracts me and makes me feel comforted by using it, and that in turn makes me feel better. Maybe that has something to do with the ingredients, which I like, or maybe it soothes and lifts soreness - and thus lifts my mood - more than I am giving it credit for. I like to know I have it by me to use whenever I want, so once again that must mean something.

Quality product, fast relief from discomfort, would thoughely recommend this product.

This is really good for calming inflamed or spasms of you back. Great at the start and end of the day. Goes a long way. Put on a good teaspoonful on rub on and leave for 10 mins before covering. It’s been a lifesaver for me.
