If you apply this on the top of your nail it won't make your nail clear, as far as I know there isn't any product that can achieve such a result. But if you want to effectively treat fungus under the nail (between the outer edge of the nail and the skin) this has been the only truly effective product I've used and I've tried many. For years my condition worsened to the point where the fungus got so extensive and had been present for so long that it ended up being like a solid cake of matter attached from the nail to the skin and was impossible to remove. I basically had a solid barrier between my nail and skin. No treatment would remove this and finally I tried this product, I hesitated because of the price but almost in desperation gave it a try. The first thing I realized was that if applied in amounts only needed to cover the area of treatment this would last much longer than I anticipated. Most fungal remedies are liquid, cost about $20, last about a month and produce no real results. The way I apply this is to cut a Q-Tip in half and use the cut part as the applicator. It only takes a very small ampunt, just a small dab, to smear beneath an entire nail and entirely cover the treated area. Doing it this way allows literally well over a thousand applications, looking back on my order history a jar lasts an average of seven months and I apply it to each toe morning and night. So while a jar may cost three times what an anti-fungal tube costs it lasts me 7 times as long so in effect actually costs me much less. Most importantly though is that it works. Does it take time? Yes, no instant overnight results here but a slow and gradual improvement and over time the impenetrable cement wall that existed between nails and skin diminshed, softened and ultimately was eliminated. I think it took a couple weeks to start seeing results, about a year to have it mostly eliminated and about 3 years before just about complete elimination. Finally, I have my toes and nails clean, at least around the entire space between nail and skin. I still need to use the product daily to prevent it from coming back because while the fungal manifestation has been removed the condition of having fungus continues and will unless I get a prescription for medication which will likely eliminate the disease but can have bad effects on the liver and my nails aren't worth dying over. So I'll be buying this forever unless some less risky cure comes along and as long as I continue applying it as religiously as I do I'll at least win the battle against the fungus at the edges. One thing I found that really helped is once a week for 30-45 minutes I soak my feet completely submerged in a big tupperware bowl filled with hot soapy water. After soaking I use the scraper from a nail clipper to clean out the underside area and then apply the product in little dabs with the Q-Tip stick one toe at a time. Once I started doing this it accelerated the removal and now helps maintain the area to be clean...not to mention it feels great for my sometimes aching feet!

I have been buying this for a number of years. It is wonderful. I uses it on any skin problem, cuts, scrapes, sores in scalp ,ulcerated legs, sun burns, spots on face and back it's amazing I use it ever week. I have a special needs grown son who falls a lot and had ulcerated legs for years between his vein Doctor and this wonderful ointment that I found on the internet. It keeps his discolored legs looking so much better and skinned knees healed. I recommend this as a must have and never leave home with out it.

This product is very good and works well for anyone that suffers from HS. I have purchased several times but this time I was a bit disappointed because the bottle was not full like it usually is. It’s like 3/4 full. It’s expensive but works well. I just would like the bottle to be full.

This product is a miracle! I suffer from severe hives and rashes due to either an autoimmune disorder or hormonal imbalance. I’m seeing an immunologist to get to the bottom of it. My doctor and I have tried every prescription and cream under the moon and nothing helped. I’ve had to go to the emergency room several times to get an epi shot and corticosteroids. I saw this cream and thought what do I have to lose? Within 12 hours there was a significant difference in huge welt like rashes. Within 48 hours they were almost gone. This product is a blessing The only drawback is the price. I went through a half an ounce fairly quickly and had to buy a I’m good they’re almost gone. I was just leaving a review because it’s such a 2 ounce so spend a total of $100. Considering the misery I avoided it was worth it though. 10/10

This is a great product. However would I say it work as fast as they say it does? No, I’ve been using it as the directions instructed for my skin condition for 6 days now and there’s mild improvement but I saw no change after 24hrs as the product states it would do. It is very soothing, slightly greasy, strong smell (I believe it’s from the tea tree which I’m ok with it smelling strong just FYI). One thing I would like is if it came in a squeeze tube. I know its a thicker product but it does warm up quickly from touch and cold easily be used from a squeeze tube. The reason I wish it was available like this is for sanitary reasons. Even though I wash my hands before use, I use either a q-tip (instructions state to do this) or I use a sterile toungue depression dipping out of a tub to treat multiple areas (yes it’s ok to do as long as you use a new q-tip, sterile tongue depressior, etc.) I personally just like convenient squeeze tubes for ease of use and I feel it’s a better option to keep the product sanitary. Package arrived protected well as described in post. THE BIG QUESTION:WOULD I PURCHASE THIS PRODUCT AGAIN?? Answer: YES Reason why I would: It is very soothing/comforting to my skin where applying. I do feel like it has helped improve my skin condition but not near as quickly as the product is said to. REASON I GAVE 3 STARS: Product does not seem to be working on my skin as quickly as the description said it would (Everyons is different so honestly I expected this. ALSO-The packaging: Trying to apply from this tub and having to use a q-tip or sterile tongue depression each time is a pain (yes it should be done). Would love the option of a squeeze tube (easier to keep the product clean/stérile I feel) I SAY GIVE IT A TRY! IVE BEEN AT MY WHITS END TRYING TO FIND A SOLUTION TO MY SKIN (chronic ingrown hairs, psoriasis). IVE BEEN TO AT LEAST 3 DEMATOLOGISTS IN THE LAST YEAR AND NONE HAVE HAD A SOLUTION OR ANSWER. THIS HAS BEEN BETTER THEN ALL THE CREAMS/OINTMENTS (PRESCRIPTION & OTC) I HAVE TRIED OR BEEN PRESCRIBED.

Love love love! In July of this year I began to experience terrible eczema on my hands.. everything burned and felt like it made it worse. My hands were bleeding and peeling and after three days my hands were no longer red. This stuff is amazing and I am now using it on my hydradenitis and it has helped a ton to alleviate pain!

I've been seeing dermatologists for months for an ongoing outbreak under my left armpit. After trying their steroids, antibacterial creams, antifungals and more steroids I guess my body had enough and the ecezema/dermatitis flared to include my right armpit and my chest! By last Saturday morning my skin was burning, itching and terribly inflamed. I tried to get in to see another dermatologist but the office wasn't open on Saturday. I'd seen an ad for EMUAidMax on a website and thought, what have I got to lose? I ordered it immediately and there was one-day delivery available. I applied it as soon as it arrived and noticed an immediate calming of the burning and itching...the odor wasn't terribly unpleasant, not perfumed, but certainly not awful. I'd tried multiple OTC products as well including Cerave Anti-Itch creams, LaRochey-Posey Eczema Relief cream, other expensive creams and prescribed steroids - nothing made as much of a difference as the EmuAidMax Ointment. I applied a cool compress to my skin to help with the itching/pain and by the next day noticed there was improvement. I also took an antihistamine to help with the itching; by day 2.5 I see a remarkable improvement - my skin is lightening up - there is a lot less itching! I feel like I'm on my way to a full recovery and hopefully less dermatology visits! I am so glad I took the time to read what the reviews had to say about this miraculous ointment. It may not work for everyone, for everything, but it sure is working for me and my now supersensitive skin and I almost feel human again! Over the last few weeks I've been nearly in tears from all of this redness, itching, spreading, rash which the doctor says is probably 'eczema/atopic dermatitis'...and the prescription for steroids have limited time use, then what am I supposed to do? Thank God for this product! It is worth every penny I spent and has done much more than anything else the doctors recommended thus far.
