My battery went dead today, only purchased a few months ago, can this be replaced.

Ask the supplier ! It has at least ONE YEAR warranty by law in this country, providing you haven't mis-used it or damaged it.

Does this battery comes with a 5 year warranty ?

The Bosch S5 Car Battery Type 019, as supplied from EuroCarParts via Amazon does have a 5 year guarantee. Have not had any trouble with the battery at all, bought to replace a BMW battery that wasn't up to the job as the vehicle it is used in was only used for low mileage and would go flat.
