When you start using it in the first week, 30-60 minutes per session is recommended. After you get used to it and feel comfortable you could wear it all the time. However, do not use it while sleeping.

How do you clean it? Can it be washed with water?

Does the size of belt fits everyone?

Most, not everyone. There's an extention piece but if waist size is XXL-xxxl then not sure if it'll fit. Just IMO.
