Can you use it for tub and tile?

I don't think this particular paint would work on porcelain or tile. I would do a search to find out what would work

Can this be used as topcoat on 2x paint?

If your metal is already sealed, or protected by another paint, then you can use this to clear coat over that.

Can this be sprayed on stainless reel?

All paint can be sprayed on metals, plastic and wood with a primer coat if necessary.

Is this compatible with Rust-Oleum 7579838 Professional High Performance Enamel Spray paint? Can I use it as a protective top coat over it?

I can only tell you that I used it as a top coat over a birdhouse that I had painted. But the base coat was not rust-oleum but it worked fine over the paint I used. I wish I could be of more help.

great price,fast shipping, awesome clear coat. painted my camry's hood and clear coated with this Rustoleum enamel clear. it was easy to use , hold can horizontally or any way and paint away. unlike Dupl-color, can only paint with can vertically and take off hood. thanks Rustoleum!!! .
