Since I started my 3d printing journey 4 years ago, I have always rely on cartesian style 3d printers like Voxelab Aquilas due to versatility on modifications, parts availability and cheap prices. Even to the extent of upgrading and tweaking firmwares (Marlin and Klipper) to get maximum performance out my printers. With the new flood of corexy printers like bambu lab or creality, I was a little hesitant to try a Delta 3d printer but that until today! I took advantage of the offer sales of Amazon Prime Days, and decided to try this printer, I just have to say it is a damn good 3d printer for 179 USD, heck I would have pay the market price if I would have known this printer was that amazing. From packaging, build quality construction metal and aluminum, easy installation thanks to a well redacted instruction manual, and the addition of having most of the parts pre-installed it was a breeze to put together in about an hour. Coming from what I am used to this was a positive and fun process. It is so amazing to see this thing move up and down and the speed it does in to me mesmerizing is like being at an indoor arcade place in front of a toy claw machine, I just felt like a little kid again. The process of leveling the bed and meshing the build plate was so easy, I could care less of adjusting build plate bed knobs again, few steps and I got a pretty awesome print on my first try. New user that look for good printers should try this, for me I feel it was to bad I tried it this late. For more advance users this printer comes with Marlin Firmware installed which for some it could be a little outdated since Klipper is 10 times better when I comes to performance, which I eventually plan to add to this printer. It is understandable for many that 150mm/sec is an antiquity in comparison with the 600mm/sec promised with new products, especially when you are a designer, engineer or own a 3d printer bussiness. So for the most part I believe this printer is for enthusiasts that enjoy 3d printing as a hobby. I would absolutely recommends to those trying to immerse themselves in the tridimensional world where imagination could be transfer to a physical matter. Thanks for staying till the end of my honest review and thanks for FLSUN for bringing great product to the market!

The printer had signs of usage (there wat even an empty back floating inside the base (!??). If I wanted a used printer, I would have gone for one of the many options that recycle returned printers, even directly from FLSUN! But the REAL ISSUE was that *all* the axis had the sliders/carriages "punting" exactly on the *same* spot/height, where the sliders are parked in explicit foam slots for shipping. The punting (i.e. a clear sudden resistance in those exact points) is a result of bent linear rails, that since present in the same spot for all axis, are certainly a result of some hard hit/mishandling, hinting that the bending happened exactly where the profiles are not supported because of the foam slots. I'm very experienced with delta printers, building my first one sourcing all the individual parts, voron-style, and I know very well that it takes a minimal bend in a linear rail, to generate an amplified issue that can clearly be felt when sliding the carriages up/down, and resulting in uneven motion when printing, with consequent artifact generation. Don't feel like giving FLSUN another chance... spinning the wheel again and hoping to get what I paid for (i.e. a new printer, not recycled from their returns) isn't for me.
