Absolutely delicious. I love the texture. It’s not exactly like regular pasta, but it’s close enough that it satisfies my cravings!

Not bad! I saw mixed reviews for this product, so my expectations were low. Turns out, this is a quality product. This is a NO-CARB substitute for noodles or rice. Virtually no calories. Texture is good. No flavor on its own, but takes soy sauce / ponzu well. Will reorder.

As someone who loves to eat pasta and noodles, I needed a good alternative as I switched to a healthier lifestyle. I've had Konjac before and decided to try it again. After looking through several options, I found this to be the best for my needs. Pros: 1. Good quality and quality control. I tried several of the same type and all are just as good as each other. The noodles itself have no taste so it's good on a variety of dishes. Texture wise, it's definitely chewier than your standard pasta or rice noodle but that's typical for Konjac. 2. The servings of the individual pack are the perfect size and having multiple definitely makes it worth the price. I get full from half and it's nice that I only have to worry about eating the remaining half of the pack vs a whole single pack. Also since Konjac is high in soluble fiber, it's nice to have good separate servings to not overdo it. Considerations: 1. Instructions on how to cook it were pretty vague. So far, I've been making Italian style dishes with sauces so in terms of reheating in the sauce or in water beforehand. The sauces also definitely don't cling as well as your standard pasta so something to keep in mind. Overall, it's definitely something that I would keep in stock with my pantry.

I like konjac noodles, in general, as well as this particular brand. They have the texture of a long, smoothe strand, rather than something merely extruded, like pasta. As such, they will not dissolve into mush, when cooked for a long time, though they will soften into a gentler texture. Initially, they are soft but firm. They do not absorb the flavor of the elements around them, nor do they add a flavor. So, I use them mostly in stews, to add texture, or stir fry them with something that coats the strands.

Very good, NO FISHY SMELL! You need to know how to handle this type of noodle: rinse then throw into a dry, nonstick skillet and dry fry for several minutes to evaporate the water then add sauce or flavoring or whatever you want. This technique goes for any brand. It softens them and reduces the rubbery texture which can be off putting.

I was really looking forward to trying this konjac noodles, but unfortunately, this purchase was a huge disappointment. Out of the entire box, only two packages were in proper condition. The rest were completely dried out, hard, and unusable. The noodles were like dry sponges, they cracked, couldn’t be rinsed properly, and were absolutely impossible to eat. It’s clear that this is a defective batch, but for a product at this price point, this is unacceptable. I had to throw almost the entire box in the trash, which is frustrating and a waste of money. I have attached photos and a video to show the condition of what I received. I do not recommend ordering these noodles from this seller. Very disappointed and will not purchase again

I LOVE these noodles and have purchased a couple of times now. They’re packaged in water and ready to go into a soup or stir fry at a minute’s notice. You’re just heating them up. The flavour is amazing and they’re gluten free so it’s a total win for me.

Product is good but nutritional info contradicts itself

This pasta is very tasty. I eat it every day. Its texture it like hard jelly, looks transparent. I love it more then regular pasta. I only wish it was cheaper.
