Have tried many time-release melatonin products and this works best for me hands down. And it's such a lower dose than many others, so no fogginess the next morning. I wake up two or three times each night, and before I would know I was in for 30 minutes to 3 hours of being awake. Now when I wake, I just relax and go right back to sleep. Can't say why this works so good, but it sure does. Used it for a couple years now and so glad I found it.

Really Helps My Dad Sleep Through the Night Bought this for my dad who was having trouble not just falling asleep but staying asleep. This melatonin works great because it releases in two stages — some right away to help him fall asleep, and the rest slowly over time so he doesn’t wake up in the middle of the night. He’s been sleeping more consistently and wakes up feeling more rested, without that groggy feeling some melatonin products cause. The 1.5 mg dose is just right for him. We also like that it’s non-GMO and from a trusted brand. Definitely recommend for anyone who needs help with both falling *and* staying asleep.

I like this brand and IR/XR melatonin. It has helped me sleep six hours, not every night but most. This blue screw on top wouldn’t unscrew, I punched a whole in cover on top pulled out cotton. Could use better plastic or perforated, easier to open. Lots of supplements come this way now, need better perforation.

I grabbed this because I wanted something consistent, not a “knockout” vibe. The IR/XR blend is the whole point, it feels like it ramps in gently and stays smooth through the night. Capsules are easy to swallow and the bottle lasts a while, which I appreciate. I also like that it doesn’t leave me feeling foggy the next morning when I keep my timing consistent. Tip: Take it at the same time nightly and give it a few nights to judge it fairly. Would absolutely repurchase.

I used Melatonin for years off and on. It helps but it seemed that it was just not working as well as I've gotten older. A friend of mine put me on to the IR.XR version and I'm so glad that he did. I have been very happy with how much better it works.

Very disappointed in Melatonin IR/XR. I've taken regular melatonin, on and off again, thru the years. As a VN vet, I've had trouble sleeping longer than 2 to 3 hours at a time. The regular melatonin, lasts about 2.5 hours and then I'm awake. Our doctor recommended this product! It did nothing for me. Taking it by itself was like taking nothing. Fortunately, I now fall asleep relatively quick, hopeing this would keep me asleep for maybe 4 or 5 hours, but no, it didn't. I would have been thrilled if it worked and surprised, only 1.5 melatonin.

AFTER TAKING THIS SUPPLIMENT FOR OVER 3 WEEKS I CAN FEEL MY FOGGY BRAIN IS BETTER. KJ
