Could anyone confirm bbe format please? jar delivered today looks out of date way i read it but husband not so sure (poss confusion with batch code)

The date on the bottom is formatted MMM/DD/YYYY. For example Apr 25 2023. They tend to put the year right next to other numbers, making it look like a code instead of the year date.

Does this have coffee in it or do I need to add it?
