Yes, according to the manufacturer and I don't see any ingredients that would contain gluten. As for the people saying "it's nasty, don't bother" this is definitely subjective. For me, the taste is neutral/mild which is ideal for not masking or interfering with the flavor of my coffee. I just finished my first container and am about to purchase another. But I'm using it with unsweetened almond milk and making more of a latte, so my expectations may be different. As for "the container is only half full", duh it says right on the container that it's sold by weight, not by volume and settling may occur during shipping. It's the weight that matters, not how tall the container looks.

It’s rather powdery tasting, and taste like a generic type of creamer. Coffee mate for example taste a little bit better. This is like a no name brand. That’s my only problem with it. There are other keto friendly that taste better.
