Cullmann - 98380 - Amsterdam Maxima 520 - Camera Bag for Medium to Extra Large DSLR Equipment - Inside dimensions: 360 x 170 x 200 mm

I first bought one of these camera bags from Amazon Resale - a customer returned Maxima 520 - for my OM Systems OM-3 camera and lenses but it proved to be too large. It did however perfectly fit my birding scope and binoculars, so I decided to keep it. The photo shows it in use and it's brilliant, providing spacious and effective protection for my kit. Impressed with the quality of that first bag, for my photo gear, I then decided to order the smaller Maxima 335 bag, and that one is proving to be spot on. It holds plenty, which means my Olympus / OM Systems OM-3 camera body along with several lenses and flashgun. Its strengths are in its materials and design, with ample padded dividers providing room for all of my kit. There are side pockets, too, for memory cards, batteries and filters. It's truly hard to find fault with this excellent bag. The zip is water-resistant, too, so the contents are likely to be safe in a rain shower. Are there weaknesses? I haven't found any of consequence. Although wider and longer, it's not quite as deep my previous LowePro Nova bag, so it doesn't hold quite as much as the length and breadth measurements might otherwise suggest, but I still got all my kit in with a bit of juggling, and it's done its job very well. There's depth enough to have two layers - only just! My 100-400mm, 8-25mm lenses and flashgun are, therefore, stored below, out of sight in the photograph. The waterproof zip might prove to be an eventual weakness and I am treating it with care as it would not be replaceable. All-in-all, it's up there with the best bags I have owned over a lifetime of owning care gear. I can whole heartedly recommend it.

I have only just tried arranging the partitions (which are easy to reposition) but so far I can fit a gripped DSLR with 18-140 lens attached, 50mm lens, 70-300mm lens, 17-50mm lens, small flash, batteries and cables etc. Snug when closed, no room for items to move about. Handgrips could have a little more length but it’s not a deal breaker. There are elastic top pockets at each end two pockets under the top flaps (held by rather strong Velcro) on each side, of varying shapes. The two front pockets hold cables and batteries without problem. Overall, a very capable bag with a great deal of room. Good value for money. Nice and durable construction.

The bag is a quality item, well made, good materials. The size of the bag, while being a plus point, also leads to a disadvantage. The width of the bag means that it becomes a bit ungainly/ clumsy when carried as a shoulder bag. The full opening of the bag is restricted in this situation also. Used without the shoulder strap it's obviously harder to carry around, but access is much better, the top opens fully, and the feet of the bag suggest it's designed for putting down. As a shoulder bag it's average, but if you need a storage bag for extra quipment (cupboard at home, car boot, etc.) it's almost perfect. Price is good, but it does seem to fluctuate a bit. The 4 star rating is a compromise, 3 stars for shoulder bag, 5 stars for storage - so I gave it 4.

Great bag, large enough for three Nikon camera bobies and five lenses. Very well made with enough movable panels to adjust as needed. Recomend

Very nice bag with lots of options to store various camera/camcorder set ups. Very nice opening mechanism that snaps and stays open as you load your gear. Great value for money.

This is good for storage needs

Finally a bag at a reasonable price which fits my 80d with battery grip and 70-200L attached! Quality is good, plenty of space for the above plus 2 other lenses, a flash and batteries. Over the shoulder type probably won't suit everyone, but it'll do me fine

Mooi en goede foto tas. Zeer flexibel in te delen en neer dan voldoende plek voor twee cameras en enkele objectieven en overige toebehoren. Heb er al behoorlijke tijd plezier van.

Un des rares sacs photo où l'on peut mettre en sécurité son boitier accompagné de son grip et de son objectif sans les démonter. 1 Canon EOS 5DIII + grip + 24-70 L 2.8 + 70-200 L 2.8 + flash , les séparations sont suffisamment épaisses pour amortir les chocs et les petites poches sont bien pratiques pour les bricoles, filtres chiffon etc. La livraison hyper rapide.

Costly, with mostly unusable internal dividers that are flimsy and ineffective. Look for something else.
