In my personal life I do like to experiment and play around, but lack the same lab supplies. In recent years I’ve gotten into making homemade lion's mane extracts and tinctures. One issue I would run into was shelf stability. Extracted compounds tend to deteriorate quickly when stored improperly.The Ks-Tek 10mL amber vials have been helpful in prolonging the life of my homemade lion’s mane tinctures. The amber glass helps protect against light while still allowing for visibility into how much volume remains. The injection port was easy to use and had enough life for several uses. I didn’t notice any contamination problems with my stored tinctures so as far as I can tell they appeared sterile.These were a great help to storing lion’s mane extracts in a fridge. If you find yourself in any other similar hobby making extracts or essential oils at home, these can be a great way to prolong the shelf life.

Good vials. Once you pop the cap I like to push the metal down a bit but otherwise they work well. Sealed in bags of 2.
