If you are doing roof work or siding work. This will seal forever. Best stuff I’ve ever found.

I’m giving a five star because the batch I received has a 8 month shelf life and the previous two batches also had a long shelf life, which seems to be rare when it comes to Sikaflex. Sikaflex 1a is the best stuff you can get. It works on everything.. Don’t use it on something you plan on taking apart later lol it’s permanent stuff. If you’ve never tried it, you must get some because every contractor and handyman should have this product in their arsenal. It works great on concrete, wood, roofs, and almost everything else.

Purchased to seal a concrete slab for radon mitigation. Adhers well and extrudes easily when warmed up. Dry time varies with thickness but provides plenty of time to work in crevices and joints. I've used other Sika products with great success and am confident this is the same. Great savings when buying bulk as compared to the big box stores.

It’s a great stuff, to seal all exterior work I’ll be buying them in the different colors depending on the application.

One tube arrived in the box with a broken seal and was already hardened. The rest of the tubes in the box worked great.
