NF-A14 PWM chromax.black.swap

I bought these based on Noctua's stellar reputation without expecting much more than a quiet replacement for my case fans. I was pleasantly surprised when they turned out to be better than I had expected. I use these connected to the PWM fan headers on my motherboard and they are so quiet, way more so than the Phanteks case fans they replaced. To be fair to the case fans that were replaced they were close to 5yrs steady use and were showing the abuse of constant use. I like the vibration dampeners on the Noctua fans, being able to swap those out to match your color theme is nice, and I intentionally choose NON-RGB fans for my case fans as my setup has plenty of RGB already. These fans move a ton of air and do it quietly, they hardly ever ramp up because my case has good airflow and they provide plenty of air. I was rather surprised that my GPU temps dropped with the addition of these fans, that is just how much better the air is moving in my case. While I am using these as case fans they would make EXCELLENT radiator fans if your looking for replacement fans for a 140mm or 280mm radiator. They are definitely worth the premium in price, build quality is superb, you can feel it when you hold them in your hand. Note you may want to pickup additional PWM splitter or extensions if your case is huge, or your motherboard doesn't have headers in a convenient location. I didn't run into this but I could see it being an issue for some. The fans do come with a 30mm extension attached to the short cable on the fans so for example in the pics I included I could have just used a y-splitter on the two in the front and attached one of the 30mm extensions to that and ran it to the header on my motherboard. Cable management and routing is a case by case and personal choice kind of thing though. Bottom line, these are excellent fans.

These 140 mm Noctua fans are something that I always wanted to splurge on, and when I finally did I was so happy! I must say that I am extremely impressed with these fans! While I lack the equipment to quantitatively tell you just how much quieter they are, I can subjectively say that they are much quieter than the fans that I was using before. I also know that my computer is running 1°-2° Celsius cooler since installing these, with everything else being the same. These move more air than my previous fans, they are quieter than my previous fans, and I like the look of them more than my previous fans. Especially with the different colored vibration pads! One minor gripe I have is that they don't give you 8 of each color vibration pad, they only give you 4. This means I had to use Black/ Red vibration pads for each of my fans rather than just Black or just Red. I guess that it isn't necessary to put the vibration pads on the side that isn't mounted to the case, but it would be nice to have both sides match. In summary though, I'd say that if you've got the money to splurge on these fans, I would highly recommend them! They definitely aren't a necessary thing, but if you can afford them they are an awesome addition to any pc build.

These are great fans. I bought them as replacements for some extremely noisy (tone) Arctic P14s. While these are very pricey, I felt safe buying them and I was not disappointed. A couple of things. First of all, there is a white box on the underside of the case that has all the extra colored dampeners (and screws). The front of the case only shows one of each so make sure you check the other side! Secondly, the connector wire off the fan is *extremely* short (laughably short). You're almost certainly going to have to use the included extension. There is also no daisy chaining of these fans, so you'll need a splitter or hub if you want to do this. Lastly, I don't think they have threaded holes, but they do come with self-tapping screws. It's somewhat irritating that they aren't threaded given their price. These push a ton of air and a very quiet except for at the higher RPMs (which is a given due to how much air they push). If only they weren't so pricey. That's the big downside here.

The Noctua brand is typically the go-to for high-performance case or radiator fans. If you're having airflow issues, or you're serious about your build, buy Noctua. And this is basically the best Noctua has to offer at 140mm. High flow, low noise, lasts forever, but now with a color scheme that doesn't look like an Intellivision. Two minor complaints. At full speed, it does have a buzzing sound profile. It's not as bad as the Redux (grey) line, but it's there. You typically start to hear it over %90, and it's not loud, but it can be annoying if you're sensitive to that particular sound profile. But considering how well the fan performs, I haven't had to push the case fans past %50, and that's with a 5950x and a 3090 inside. At that speed, it's whisper quiet. The other complaint is with the vibration pads. Unlike the Redux line, they actually include them, sure. But there's only 4 pads per color. Yeah, it kinda makes sense, since you only need 4 pads between the fan and the case. But since it's between the fan and the case, you can't see the colors. You'd think they'd include 8 pads each, so that you can add a little color accent to the fan on the visible side. Otherwise, you're just seeing the black fan frame. I have a blackout color scheme, so it's not a problem for me, but for someone who's going for a specific color palette, you might want to buy a second set of pads. It's far from a deal-breaker. It just seems like it's either a cut corner or a small detail that's overlooked for such a quality product.

I absolutely love these fans. They are super quiet and do a great job cooling. I'm taking a star off for the ridiculously short "extension" cable. The cable barely (and I mean by a few millimeters) reaches the near side of the closest pin on the motherboard. Granted, I'm putting it in a Fractal Meshify 2 XL, which is a huge case, but regardless, the fan cable needs to be at least 6" longer.

I bought these to replace the fans in a Thermaltake TH420 AIO (which I very much regret buying), because the fans it came with were rattling like crazy above 40% speed. These Noctua fans were delivered overnight, and have solved my noise issue completely. I'm even able to adjust my fan curves to push a bit more air with these fans, and maintain the same quiet noise level. Very nice. I do think the different color noise absorption pads are unnecessary though... it is extremely wasteful, since most of the pads will simply go back into the box, unused. In addition, they only give you 4 of each color, so you can't use the same color for all 8 corners of your fan, you have to choose two colors. In addition, while two of my fans came with black pads, one of my fans did not have any black pads - it came with brown instead. So, now the colors just don't match in my case, which is pretty dumb if you ask me. Still... I won't see it most of the time, unless I'm digging around in the case. So minus some dumb silly things, these are still 5-star fans.

Arrived without seal No packging, no tape, just pre opened noctua box, fan blade were touched by oily fingers, fingerprint How can one send for delivery such item which is costly and fragile. Amazon you are loosing faith in customers. Any one on the way can exchange the fan with a refurbished or non working fan I am not happy with packaging, and genuineness of the product.

Vraiment top. Je les ai pris car j'en avais marre d'attendre la version G2. Alors je ne peux pas comparer avec la nouvelle version mais dans mon cas; ces 7 ventilos font leur boulot et en silence Avec le coupon je suis a 27€ par ventilateurs, et les g2 seront surement à 40 quand ils sortiront (quand il en faut 7 ça fait une bonne différence de prix) Je les ai mis dans une ANTEC FLUX (version normale) et ça tient mon i9 9900K a 88 degrés sout OCCT en CPU Stress Test ce qui est une bonne perf vu que ce CPU a tendance à chauffer "un tout petit peu" :)

J'utilise ce ventilateur en extraction arrière sur mon boîtier moyen tour depuis maintenant plus de six mois, dans une configuration orientée vers le silence et la stabilité thermique. En tant qu'utilisateur expérimenté de PC silencieux, je recherchais un modèle capable de déplacer un bon flux d'air sans générer de bruit perceptible, même en fonctionnement prolongé. Le NF-A14 PWM a été installé à l'arrière du boîtier, en aspiration directe sur les composants chauds comme le VRM et le SSD M.2, avec un réglage de vitesse via la carte mère en mode PWM. Performance en action : Après plusieurs mois d'utilisation quotidienne, incluant des sessions de bureautique intensive, du rendu vidéo occasionnel et des jeux modérément exigeants, le ventilateur maintient une température interne du boîtier nettement inférieure à celle observée avec le modèle d'origine. Même à plein régime (1500 tr/min), le bruit reste très faible, presque masqué par le souffle discret du refroidissement du processeur. À vitesse réduite (800-1000 tr/min), il devient pratiquement inaudible dans un environnement silencieux, ce qui est essentiel pour mon usage en bureau ou en streaming. Le flux d'air est dirigé et efficace, sans turbulences apparentes, et la pression statique suffisante pour pousser l'air à travers les filtres à poussière du boîtier sans perte significative. Ventole silenziose e super prestanti, utilizzo una di queste ventole come exhaust e devo dire che fa un'incredibile lavoro a espellere tantissima aria restando impercettibile. Ventola consigliatissima per chi vuole il top di prestazioni, rumorosità e eleganza. 5/10€ in meno non farebbero male, ma d'altronde non stiamo pagando solo un prodotto ma uno studio durato anni per rendere le ventole Noctua quello che sono.
