I have used many pre-workouts throughout the years and this is a decent pre-workout. I purchased this along with 2 other pre-workouts in order to have variety. The ingredients are good in this product and the taste is really good (Green Apple). As far as the effectiveness, I do notice I get a great workout at the gym as appose to training without it. I do not get any tingling feeling or feel any change in my body, but like I stated, I have been using pre-workouts for a long time! I train at least 5-6 days a week and need something after a long day at work. I do feel a bit of energy on the way to the gym after taking it and gets me through my entire workout, sometimes I do not want to stop lifting. I do like this product, but have noticed that I need to take more than a scoop in order to have more energy. I would recommend this to people who have maybe never taken a pre-workout or do not use pre-workouts very often. There are quality ingredients in this product and recoomended dosage is to start with 1 scoop and increase to 2 scoops if needed. When mixing, make sure not to use a blender bottle as this product does foam up a bit and will cause your bottle to possibly pop open, you can simply use a cup and mix with a spoon, it mixes easily and the taste is very good.

Pros: did improve my pump. Helped me add more reps. Tastes pretty good.(I got green apple) Cons: gave me the most violent diarrhea I’ve ever had. (Also dyed my stool leprechaun blood green) Overall I’d say the pros outweigh the cons. 10/10 will buy again.💪

Awesome stuff. I doubled my distance, workout time, and strength in about 5 days. Don't use a shaker bottle, it foams up and dissolve with about 2-3 seconds of stirring. Make sure you eat something before or after you take it. Picture you drinking a energy drink on a empty stomach. I chose bsn because they were the first to put out N.O. so I decided to go with the originators. It will kick-in in about 15-20 mins. Get it, it's beast mode in a jar. P.S. keep to scoop outside of the jar because you have to shake it up before every use. Also, keep the absorption packet in the jar to prevent clumping.

This is the Only Pre workout that you can drink with just water and not have to dilute or use juice. It’s like kool aid and turns the water the same color as the flavor. I like that! Also you feel the power of this product right away almost. My veins pop out like crazy! I almost gave up on NO Xplode but they did their thing with this one
