Would this work on EZ track layout?

Absolutely, my layout is exclusively ez-track. Using 2 attached bachmann DC controllers I'm able to actively control 3 DCC locomotives.

You don't need to ground it. The power supply to the wall is all you need.

Is this the 2020 edition or a later?

The Express is the newest one out.

2 tracks not wired together a track1 and a track 2 will this dcc unit be able to run both tracks and control the locos at same time separately

You would be best to wire them together for dcc setup and probably a booster or 2 wired in also to keep your voltages up. I recommend on a larger scale layout to invest in the larger setup then this one as boosters would be needed but this is a good starting point for a small scale layout. Both tracks would have to share the same power supply with this setup. So they would have to be joined at the throttle as

Puedo controlar mis trenes desde el teléfono!

Llegó muy bien empaquetado, los botones y palancas lo hacen más cómodo que un control con solo botones. Trae una salida usb para conectarlo a la pc, y por medio del programa jmri en la pc y el engine driver en el teléfono, puedo controlar mis trenes de forma inalambrica!
