Pills are easy to swallow and digest. Many times I forgot to add the powder turmeric to my food, so this works really good.

This seems like a good turmeric supplement. Clean ingredients without fillers or added junk, potent dose. The capsules are somewhat hefty in size but still manageable to swallow. Interestingly I don't notice that turmeric smell in the bottle, maybe the capsules are just sealed really well?

After a couple of weeks, I started noticing decreased pain in my bad knee when I walked. The only thing I was doing different was taking these pills so I'm definitely going to keep taking them. They don't taste or smell bad either. Kind of large but not horse pills like some supplements. I recommend for anyone dealing with joint issues.

This 2-pack of Turmeric Complex from Primal Harvest arrived as shown on the listing here. Both of the bottles arrived bundled together well. The label on the bottle features a lot of information. Each bottle contains 60 capsules, with the Suggested Use being 2 capsules daily, preferably with a light meal. With each serving being 2 capsules, that mean 30 servings per bottle. Each 2 capsule serving contains: - 900mg - Turmeric Root Powder - 400mg – Turmeric Extract, Standardized to 95% Curcuminoids - 10mg - Black Pepper extract I take Turmeric everyday, and the turmeric in these capsules seems to be just as decent as others out there. Keep in mind that not all of the Turmeric in the capsules is standardized to 95% Curcuminoids. The capsules are easy to swallow and I experienced nothing out of the ordinary from them. The bottle’s label mentions that it is Made in the USA with Domestic and Imported ingredients. There is also a mention on the label that this is Manufactured in a GMP Facility. Overall, no complaints, I got what I expected.

Primal Harvest Turmeric Complex has 900 mg of Turmeric Root Powder, and 400 mg Turmeric Extract as well as black pepper fruit extract in each serving size of 2 capsules. The capsules are average sized, and I had no aftertaste when I take them. This supplement is made in the USA in a GMP facility, and they are transparent as far as listing the source of their ingredients, both domestic & global. Their website states their products are lab tested, but nothing was noted on the label. I am pleased with this supplement, and will continue to use these to support my joint health.

I love the benefits of turmeric but it became tedious attempting to incorporate it into my diet through recipes. I do try to incorporate as much nutrition as possible through diet, however, it can be difficult to achieve that. These supplements make it easy to enjoy the benefits of turmeric in a simple way. The pills are easy to swallow and cause not stuck pill feeling or upset stomach. The black pepper helps with absorption, so it is great to have that in there as well. I appreciate that this is a nice quality made supplement. Turmeric has so many beneficial uses, so it is nice to have a simple way to take it when I am unable to achieve that through my diet.
