Pathetic quality did not last even 6 months
The product is poor quality and broke from the corner with in 6 months. This is the second pieces we bought. We were told that for the first one there was a batch defect issue but next one will be fine. But no difference. The 2nd piece also broke with in 6 months. Would not recommend this to anyone.

Effective protection for surface pro 11
Solidly built protection for surface pro 11. All the soft materials (the hand grip and cover holder) are plastic and thus the entire unit is easy to clean. Wish it included protection screen for glass.

Failed after less than 3 months.
Product failed within a couple of months of use. The plastic simply broke while being transported in my backpack. No drops or impacts, no crushing. I just pulled it out of the protective sleeve at work one day and the plastic had split at the bottom left hand corner. I looked into whether this product was covered under warranty but couldn't find an easy way to do this through Kensington's website. Disappointing result.

Alright product
Mine came cracked so I refunded. but looked like An alright product. Not really protective without type board keyboard connected to it also. Without the keyboard the bottom is flimsy

Good case but doesn't seem to be compatible with Megoo screen film
It is a good protective case but appears to have one flaw. I ordered two cases and both did not work with the Megoo Protect Screen Film For Microsoft Surface Pro 11/10/9/8/X 13 Inch. When the screen is snapped in, the top left corner of the case lifts the screen protector off of the surface creating a large bubble. I reported this to their customer service team. I really wanted to keep this case because it allows the pro flex keyboard to stay docked when folded behind it. I haven't tried a different screen protector brand.
