Will the product be able to prevent water leaking from acrylic box if I bond the edge with this?

It is highly unlikely that you will achieve a watertight seal. Tensol 12 has limited gap filling properties and your part(s) will need to be machined to tight tolerances with smooth edges so a hobby laser is not recommended. Tensol 12 is recommended for indoor use because water might penetrate the join and when exposed to temperature fluctuation (freezing) the join might fail. If you do not have the skill or equipment to prepare the part(s) then you could try Tensol 70 which is a two part adhesive but the bond will not be as strong as Tensol 12.
