Kinesio Tape - Pre-Cut Shoulder Support - Optimized Athletic Tape Strips

Who says you can't hold everything together with duct tape? I am Amazed at how much less pain I am in after using this tape to support my shoulder. I have been trying to find a brace that would help.... but as anyone you with this issue know, there are NONE that are comfortable, that stay in place and that do what we need them to.... especially if you are on the larger side. There is just nothing available. Sometimes I feel like a crash test dummy with my arm just popping out of its socket whenever I am not being conscious of what I am doing... and the pain has been rediculous. This tape is helping so much I can't believe it! Almost instantly I felt a huge reduction in pain and amazing support. It lasted days and even though I am usually reactive to most glues in bandaid s much to my amazement.... nothing... no itchiness no redness... nothing! Absolutely reccomend!!!! Trying for knees next!😉

I used this on an extremely painful left shoulder rotor cuff issue. I bought 5 of these and they lasted me about 5 1/2 weeks. My shoulder recovered nicely. Here is what I learned, look up the YouTube application video, it helped me immensely. I took hand sanitizer and applied it to the entire area to remove any oils, lotions, etc from my skin. You NEED someone else to apply the tape for you. If you need to trim it before application, be sure to trim it so that it is well rounded and not a blunt cut. Those peel up too easily from the sharp corners. I used these 7 years ago and my left shoulder has had zero pain since then. But now my right shoulder is the culprit. I've had this one on for 6 days. They last longer than a day. Depending on how you apply, whether you're in a humid area, etc. I'd say 5-7 days is the norm. I had one last as long at 10 days. My sister went thru steroid shots and PT. Mine is just as good as hers and at that time 5 of them were $30. I win. :-)

I am scheduled for shoulder repair next month. This tape works great, I actually watched a You-Tube demonstration on how to tape bicep tendinitis- it works it stays on for almost a week before I had to change it

Kinesiology tape is a great invention, but this item from Kinesio is worthless. I should've paid heed to what other product reviewers had said about the tape coming loose soon after application. In my case, even after watching the instruction video & applying the 3 tape strips carefully, the very next day I noticed all 3 strips coming loose. So, now I'm going to follow the advice of a chiropractor who says his first-choice brand is RockTape.

The tape really doesn't irritate your skin. I am very sensitive but there isn't even redness when I remove this tape after several days. It wears well in the shower. The cut helps the pain from my shoulder injury which makes the range of motion considerably better. I ended up buying another 10 packages.

I have only been wearing the neck taping since last night, but I can already feel a difference!! I had a compression accident when I was younger and have had issues with my neck ever since. Chiropractic care and massage therapy work great--but needed something that would give continual relief throughout the day and night! I was able to wake up this morning with out any pain!! It has also helped with the issues i was having in my ears-(dysfunctional Eustachian tubes), by helping the fluid and the lymph drain. They have also helped me realize how bad my posture is, cause you can feel the tape pull when your head is leaning in any direction too far. Thank you Kinesio!

Good product—best shape and coverage I could find as I try to heal a slightly torn rotator cuff through physical therapy. Biggest complaint is the adhesiveness: I put it on and it barely makes it through two sets of tennis. One you start to sweat the edges peel and start flapping then I need to rip it off. Definitely better than nothing and protects the shoulder well before it comes off. I followed the instructions in application, about rubbing it to get the adhesive to activate and everything. If anyone has any hints please pass them along because I’ll be dealing with this all summer.

Osteopath applied it after a session. Within 4hs and the ends are peeling loose. Doubt it will stay in place much longer than 24h. Seems to be helping with the muscle injury, so will probably just get a roll of tape and apply instead of the pre cut. Disappointed
