I have heavy periods and these Lil-Lets ultra tampons are the only ones that work for me overnight and out in public without leaking. Very absorbent and reliable. Wish they had an applicator but a small issue. Would highly recommend for heavy flows!

These are massive. The sizes are not as I am used because in germany the same name is associated with a different size. But otherwise, they are good quality and I can't complain: they do the job right and are comfy, so you won't feel them despite tue size.

Perfect for heavy flow days I was using another leading brand (same absorbency)and was forever leaking. Switched to lil-lets and I’ve never once had an issue. I have them on subscription as I will never use anything else.

Best tampon for very heavy flow. I still have to back up with period pants overnight, but far superior to any other tampon.At first I was put off by no applicator but with a bit of practice I’d now never go back as less plastic waste.Good price too compared to Tampax.

I usually buy S-drugs own version of this product but lately they haven't seem to stock it. Li-lets are abit expensive but they are one of the few manufacturers who make this size. Very good if you have a heavy cycle and comfortable to use. Good product and good price with fast delivery.

I carry these Lil-Lets non-applicator ultra tampons in my first aid kit. They are great as firelighters, which is my preferred use, but also ideal for heavy flow days. They can be surprisingly hard to find in shops, and I have had occasions where I have had to search for them, so keeping a few on hand can save the day until the shops open again.Compact and versatile, they are a useful item to have whether for their intended purpose or for emergency outdoor situations.

I have a medical condition which causes me to have extremely heavy periods. These tampons are an absolute lifesaver! For the first time in years, I managed to have a full night's sleep while on my period without leaking every few hours and I could go out in public without constantly worrying about leaks. According to the lil-lets website, these tampons absorb 18-21g (for reference, a tampax super plus tampon only absorbs 12-15g). If you have really heavy periods, I really recommend that you try these out!!!

Ich bin enttäuscht und finde den Preis nicht gerechtfertigt. Die Größenangabe "Ultra" suggeriert ja eine Größe oberhalb der handelsüblichen "super plus". Dem ist aber nicht so. Daher halte ich den Preis für absolut überteuert und die Größenangabe für irreführend. Bei Drogeriemarkt um die Ecke gibts ein vergleichbares Produkt zum Bruchteil des Preises
