I used to use those magnet purse holders and they worked OK...when there was something metal for them to cling to. More often than not there was nothing metal and the magnet would just stick to things I didn't want it to. So I needed a better purse hanger and THIS IS THE ONE!! It is low key, no bling, no dumb logo. Just reliable, good quality, folds down to just about nothing, it isn't heavy, but sturdy enough to hold my big tote bag with two 18 oz yetis plus my Macbook Air and iPad Mini, phone and stuff, but also small enough to not overwhelm or ruin the profile of my little wristlet purse. This is the cutest bag holder ever I love how it is gold and it is strong and sturdy and will hold a lot of weight on your purse. It’s great for date nights. The quality is very very good. I LOVE this!! So small and simple to fit into even a small purse and then I can hang my bag on this instead of putting it on the dirty floor or hanging it on the chair where it falls on to the floor! I'll be buying these as Xmas gifts!

These worked good for the first two weeks. I don't like the fact that it doesn't sit flush on the table when a bag is attached; instead it constantly rests on the curved edge and constantly moves around. Soon after I started using it the rubber base delaminated and fell off, revealing that it wasn't really attached to an significant surface to begin with and all of the hinge points are now really loose and it just seems jankey.

Love these purse/bag hangers. They fit easily into my purse and are incredibly handy in restrooms, in restaurants, at the bank, etc. Anywhere I need to put my purse down and I don't want it on the floor. Easy to use, subtle in appearance, and works amazing.
