Good supplement
I have been buying this for years. The Omega 3 content is great as I don't think the western diet has a lot of it, so this is the main reason why I use this supplement for my children. There are some other contents that aren't so great (hence the 4 star review), but I haven't found anything else on the market that is sugar free and offers these nutrients. Overall, it's the best around.
