The best Roman Chair design, Great price , Stable to use
This is an excellent solid, sturdy product. I'm 14 stone, 6 ft 1 holds me perfectly well easily take someone heavier. Comfortable, easy to use. train back extensors using this product as you are horizontal, the best position for working the extensors. can train repetitions forward bend and up to horizontal , hold position 10 seconds at horizontal. Also build up sustained hold horizontal position 10 seconds up to 3 sets of 90 second holds at least 3 x week- as this has been well researched (Erickson et.al) as the single most effective way to prevent injury or re-injury of low back conditions. Great product highly recommend. Donโt tighten bolts until all in place !
