What is the difference in the Now brand and the Penetrex brand of this lotion?

In my opinion, Penetrex is far superior. I have tried 6 different brands of these type of lotions, including the Now Brand and Penetrex. I have found Penetrex to be the most pain relieving and long lasting. To me, the main difference between the Now Brand and Penetrex is the amount and duration of pain relief that I experienced. With the Now Brand, I had to use at least 3 layers to feel any pain relief. With Penetrex, I use just one layer on my joints or muscles and I experience much greater and longer lasting pain relief. Penetrex is more expensive than the Now brand, but it's worth every penny. I use less of Penetrex than the other brands I have used and Penetrex works better. I am a firm believer in Penetrex and will only be using Penetrex. By the way, I use Penetrex on my upper back to relieve pain from scoliosis and disc degeneration and arthritis in my knees and ankles.

do you know where it's manufactured?

It says "Formulated & Distributed by NOW foods, Bloomingdale, IL.Not sure IF it's "made" there or elsewhere.You might try nowfoods.com/nowsolutions.It also says "Contains no colors, fragrances or artificial preservatives. NOW Solutions products are not tested on animals."Hope this helps! I know it helps my many joint problems; I use it 3 times a day on various places such as shoulders and knees.

How does this work for tennis & Golf elbow???

I don't know about elbows, but it works on arthritic body parts and sciatica before it gets too bad. These are the things I use it on. I use it on a fairly routine basis.

Really work!

This cream really relieves joint pain fast. It works especially well for my occasional knee pain. The consistency is thick and smooth so it isn't messy to apply. It contains no artificial fragrance, but the smell is very pleasant.

Kein Wundermittel aber nimmt etwas den Schmerz aus meinen Knien (Arthrose)

Es ist bestimmt kein Wundermittel und lässt meine Kniearthrose verschwinden ABER wenn es schmerzt bzw. bevor der Schmerz schlimmer wird creme ich meine Knie ein und nach ca. 30 Min. ist es definitiv erträglicher. Ich creme meine Knie damit ca. 30 Min. vor dem Aufstehen ein und nachts wenn es mal wieder sehr schmerzt. Da ich mir dadurch ab und zu eine Schmerztablette einspare, bin ich sehr froh diese Creme entdeckt zu haben. Habe diese Salbe auch schon mehrmals nachgekauft. Ein Versuch ist es auf jeden Fall wert.

Muy efectivo

Compré esta loción para mis padres, que llevaban tiempo con molestias en las rodillas, y la verdad es que ha superado nuestras expectativas. Desde las primeras aplicaciones notaron alivio, pero lo más destacable es que con el uso continuado la mejoría ha sido muy evidente. El dolor ha disminuido bastante y tienen más facilidad para moverse, incluso en actividades cotidianas como subir escaleras o dar paseos. La textura es agradable, se absorbe bien y no deja sensación grasa, lo cual es un punto a favor. Además, el formato liposomal parece marcar la diferencia en cuanto a efectividad. En nuestro caso, ha funcionado fenomenal y sin duda la volvería a comprar. Muy recomendable para personas con molestias articulares, especialmente en rodillas.
