KLIM Gaming USB Desk Microphone with Stand for Recording on Computer

Ok so after destroying 20+ Mics in my lifetime, I'd had enough of the big brands and the rubbish they sell you at a premium price do thought I'd give these a go and the price was right. Upon opening the product first thing I noticed is that it's well constructed my 2 year old won't be able to snap this in half, also very pleasant on the eye design and the usb lead on it is longer than other brands so no more craning my neck to get at the mic also a gold plated usb 😀Now to sound quality I used audacity to test it as recommend recording quality and playback 10/10 I then went on csgo with a couple of mates both of which noticed straight away I had a new mic and couldn't believe how much clearer I sounded as if I was speaking to them face to face.This is a really good product specially for gaming well worth the money.

i bought this mic about a week ago as a replacement for the mic on my headset. Feedback from my online friends have said the mic is clear enough and there is no unwanted backround noise or hissing etc.currently using this mic for teamspeak 3 and voip within games and have had no problems with others hearing me sitting approximately 20 to 25 inches from the micwhile i have not yet made any videos for youtube i do intend to use this for voice over on some youtube videos aswell.the mic itself is on a fairly sturdy base, its not as heavy as i thought it would be but it seems to be sturdy enough, the mic is on a ball point swivel which does allow for some small adjustments of the angle, there is a mute switch on the stem of the mic and a volume switch on the base.so far i am impressed with what ive bought and my only real issue with the mic is the lack of weight in the base and even that is such a minor issue.i may update this review after ive tried recording some voiceover for videos for youtube.

I ordered this mic as a replacement for my wireless headset as I needed only the mic because I use speakers for playing games. I would like to give it 5 stars as the mic is working great, skype, teamspeak, you name it, everyone hears me without any problems. I did not hear any complains from other players about echo. It does look like the mic is not catching any sound from the speakers and that is great. so with this I am fully satisfied. Why the one star down? The built quality, you get what you pay for, it is cheap, it feels cheap and it looks cheap, the picture is little bit misleading.In the end I am happy with my purchase and if you are looking for cheap mic for daily use, than go for it. Oh and you don't need to install anything if you have Windows 10, just plug in the usb and you are set.

This is great. I ordered this to replace my existing microphone which was proving intermittent and not good if I was more than 6 inches away from the mic. This look great and is truly plug and play on both windows 7 and windows 10. More importantly the quality is as good as anything I've used except for my music or broadcasting mics which cost over 10 times the cost of this little fella (I have my own music studio and stream).Lastly, I have to just mention the seller (Paul - CEO, Chief Engineer, at KLIM). The email that accompanies your order is great. My response to Paul is as follows (only when you've purchased this product will you understand the next paragraph!):I great appreciate the love and care surrounding the manufacturing, packaging and posting of this 8th Wonder of the World. I thought the throwing of 1000 rose petals along the final 100m of the postman's delivery path was a nice touch and the full Welsh choir standing outside my house singing Bread of Heaven as the packaging was opened in front of me by a forensic surgeon. I also like the fact that I can re-plant the packaging and in 10 years see a giant oak tree beginning to take shape. Lastly the follow-up customer care visit from Monica Belluci was too much (well almost) and I'm looking forward to the dinner date she offer that arrived with her.

For the money this is a okay mic.Unfortunately it feels very cheaply made, i.e the plastic is very... plasticy.It's very light and hollow, it also looks cheap irl compared to the photos.On the plus side it does work and easy to set/use. And it's not the worse sounding mic.

I wanted a microphone to record speech onto a laptop. I had purchased a Trust microphone for about £7, but it was not good enough - the sound was very thin and crackly. I thought that, if I paid a bit more for a USB microphone, I might be satisfied. It turns out that I was right, for the Klim desktop USB microphone is very easy to use, with Microsoft Voice Recorder or Audacity, and it gives excellent results. Speech is loud enough and is very clear. There is an on-off switch on the stem and a volume control below it. According to the online user manual, you can turn the LED lights on and off by pressing the volume switch down, but I couldn't get the lights to turn on at all, which was puzzling, but unimportant. The manual says, 'The lights are purely decorative, they have nothing to do with the microphone working or not'.

This mic failed its purpose for existing.I wanted a new desktop mic, wasn't looking for anything superb-radio-quality. Something that will just get me by at a decent price. I found this, seemed to tick boxes, and all these 5 star reviews gave me confidence that perhaps this was the right choice for my requirements.But now, I don't know what any of these reviews are talking about. Perhaps I got the one faulty product, but the mic barely picks up my voice. I've gone through the manual, checked all the settings, maxed out all the volumes, and yet the mic still barely picks my voice up, even when I'm talking with a raised voice right into it - which completely defeated the point of me switching from headset to desktop. If anybody I'm talking to wants to hear me, they have to increase my volume from their end, which is inconvenient and rather embarrassing, because it shouldn't be their job.I'm not one to leave poor reviews, and I usually wait a decent length of time to get the full experience of a product before writing a review, but this was an absolute disappointment. It failed its purpose. In terms of design, the moment I got it, I wasn't sure what to make of it. It looks and feels like a cheap toy, and has no weight. But hey, if it WORKS, then I don't care about the aesthetics. Unfortunately it turns out it functions like a cheap toy too. So ... there you go. I'm not sure how other people managed to give this five stars, but I certainly got what I paid for XD

I'm honestly so impressed by this microphone. I'm currently recording a podcast for one of my university projects, and the last microphone I purchased on Amazon was more expensive but broke and didn't sound half as good as this one. It picks up literally all noise, which is good in some respects as it's usually very clear but if you have any trouble with background noise in recordings like me, I would really recommend noise reduction effects on Audacity to remedy the problem, and then it's genuinely like a very high quality sound. I've used a lot of industry standard recording equipment before and for something cheap with high quality, this is what you want. I wish I had read a review like this when I was looking and it would have saved me a different broken microphone! Would highly recommend.

置いてる感じも動かんし、音質はいいしで、ボイスチャットには使える。他のコンデンサーマイクを3っ買って、なぜかあんまりにdiscordで雑音はいるとか音量小さいとかいろいろあったので買い換えで買ったら、だいぶ、普通に使える。録音してみてもdiscordの音量レベルメーターで半分は越える。雑音も控えめのような気がする。ヘッドセットは口からの空気がマイクに当たるのが卓上マイクだと少なくなるようにいい。ヘッドセットより音量もあるしいいことだらけ。マイク音量も初期音量から数回音量ダイヤルを右に入力するとあげれる。ミュートスイッチも効く。正面からの音声を良く録れるような気さえする。ほしかったよこのマイク。弟にも買ってあげようかな。このマイクGPROwirelessSUPER LIGHTっていう無線マウス近づけるとノイズ鳴るもう一つの別の低価格無線ゲーミングマウスはノイズ鳴らんなんかなり方がピーとかブツブツ鳴る

Vu qu'il y a déjà une centaine de commentaires positifs, je ne vais pas faire un roman.+ Le son est de bonne qualité (en tout cas mieux que mon précédent micro sur prise jack)+ Le prix est très raisonnable (27€)+ L'installation est immédiate : branchement sur usb, sélection du micro dans mumble et 10 secondes de réglages, tout fonctionne directement (PC sous windows 7)+ Sav disponible, à l'écoute, et efficace~ Durée de vie : 1an pour le 1er exemplaire. (août 2016 à septembre 2017)Au bout d'un an, le micro s'est mis à grésiller fortement. Du coup, j'ai contacté le service client de Klim, en leur faisant écouter un enregistrement du problème en mp3. Ils m'ont renvoyé un nouvel exemplaire du micro dans la semaine.Si je ne suis pas revenu éditer cette ligne, c'est que le second exemplaire du micro est encore en vie.Pour être LE micro parfait, il ne lui manque à mon avis que :- un câble un peu plus long- un capteur plus directionnel- un bouton push-to-talk (en plus de l'interrupteur on/off)Mais le tarif serait certainement différent.Je recommande chaudement.

Salve ho deciso dopo un bel po di tenpo mi sono deciso a conprare questo microfono dopo circa quasi un mese di ricerca per un microfono giusto ed economico per migliorare la qualita dei miei video di youtube , ed al posto di prendere il solito newer 800 ho deciso di spendere 30 euro per un microfono con stile diverso e di una marca della quale mene sono subito innamorato. Pacco arrivato in 3 giorni precisi con prime l'inballagio era il solito ma ben protetto , appena aperto lo collegato e provato con audacity ed OBS studio e ne sono rimasto stupito della qualita , io ho una voce molto piccola e sottile e nei video con i vecchi microfoni che utilizzavo dovevo senpre urlare e mi dava fastidio ma con questo microfono non ho questo problema e non ce neanche bisogno di alcuna modifica perche rumore di sotto fondo non ce ne neanche un po , fichi anche i led e il tasto on-off utilissimo per delle interruzioni.Io lo consiglio a chiunque dal gaming alle chat su skipe discord e TS il mio voto e 10/10
