THIS SNAILAX HEATING PAD IS SOOO WONDERFUL!!! I HAVE CHRONIC NECK PAIN DUE TO OSTEOARTHRITIS. THIS HEATING PAD IS THE BEST THERAPY MORNING, NOON AND NIGHT. IT IS SO SNUGGLY AND WARM. I FALL ASLEEP EVERY TIME I TURN IT ON. SO COMFORTING WHEN THE HOUSE IS COLD. NO NEED TO TURN THE HEAT ON. I JUST COZY DOWN INTO THIS HEATING PAD AND RELAX. YOU WILL LOVE IT.

Love it. I use it almost daily because I have neck issues. My husband calls it my cape. The heating quality is good without being too hot on the highest setting. The timer will turn off after around 20 minutes. The value was great, I know it will last at least teh year. I keep it plugged up behind my sofa, so cord length is not an issue. Easy to use! This heating pad works well and is very soft. Doesn’t heat well on the shoulders and the collar goes up too high for me. But other wise it’s a good quality heating pad.

Heta output is outstanding. I got this using the last of my HSA funds for the year and my mother permanently borrowed it because of how nice it is. I don't think we have ever hit the max heat setting because it is almost burning hot. Only drawback is the waist cord. We mostly use it sitting in an armchair or recliner and the waist cord just gets in the way. We just tied it up so it's out of the way.

This is the 8th one that I've ordered. They're that popular in our family. Had to order one for another granddaughter for those monthly visits. She loves it because of the size and texture. My daughter and I both have back issues and fibromyalgia so these are a literal lifesaver for us. I use mine everyday in my home office and my daughter uses hers at work and then drags it home. Recently had to replace her first one since she and others in her law office wore the other one out. Lasted five years with daily, almost constant usage. The larger size is great because it hits all of the vital parts in your neck and back. Auto shuts off. Very soft fabric. Heat level is great. Totally love these. You know they're a hit when your kids and grandkids are asking you to get them as Christmas presents. Buy one for everyone on your list. You won't be sorry. Can't beat the price.

This heating pad rocks! Very pleased with heat levels and very pleased with softness of the heating pad. I use often!! Highly recommend to help with back heating needs and/or for neck to waist warming product on cold nights. Very happy with this product!!!

Purchased this heating pad in January 2025. I have a back injury and nerve damage suffered from my job and the only small amount of relief I get from the pain is when I apply heat to my back. This heating pad was great until I plugged it in last week and it did not turn on. I changed outlets, even took it to another room and it will not turn on. I've had 2 heating pads like this and it seems they only last 3-5 months before something goes wrong. I'm on disability and I can't afford to keep buying heating pads. Spoke with someone and all they could do was tell me try other outlets, as if that was not the first thing I did. I give a 1 star only because when it worked it helped but this product is UNRELIABLE! will not purchase again and I would advise anyone who is in constant pain and heat is your only relief to look elsewhere because you will go through 4 or more of these devices a year.

If my return product works on 240volts AC I shall buy it again or I agree for a replacement

No customer service support, no Amazon support. No QC was done before the vendor sent it. It don’t work. Tried even taking it to multiple electrical outlets and electricians but since it’s Chinese and the parts are not available in India, it’s not fixable. Absolute disaster and unhappy with this purchase. No support, return exchange available whatsoever. Do not buy.

Don’t buy it. I ordered it for my mom, It didn’t even turned on. I initiated return and its been more than a month i didn’t got my money back.

I cannot get this to work at all and there is nobody to contact for support. On swithcing it on the displaynjust shows letter C. There is no heating and manual does not mention that code. If the seller is seeing this, can you please reply to me
