Can I use this wadding to make an ironing board cover?

I would not use this for an ironing board cover as it is not of a regular thickness throughout and quite lumpy when flat. It also would be too thick, it would be cheaper for you to just purchase one already made. As you would need the cotton fabric the bias binding, wadding, underlay fabric and pull cord.

Is it 60" or 54" wide? The title and description differ!

The item I've checked just says 60" 4 oz wadding. To be honest I bought mine a while ago not specifically for the width. Check with the seller
