Must for the Winter Time!!
My Grandma has been telling me for years to take Echinacea tablets for a cold and this year I listened! Starting taking these within 24 hours of first cold symptoms and it 100% reduced the length of time I have the cold. When I take a cold, it usually sticks with me for a full 2 weeks, however I was feeling great after 2-3 days of taking these. My partner also took them as a preventative assuming he would catch it from me and he never.

I use these to stave off colds. I honestly have no idea if they’re working but I continue to buy them anyway. They’re teeny, easy to swallow tablets with no after taste.

Arrived on time. These are brilliant little tablets that work wonders for the immune system especially people that suffer with repeated colds and tonsillitis. There are other brands, supermarkets always do them, but these are the very best in my opinion.
