Rosemary & Prebiotics Deodorant, 75ml

Love these deodorants have been using for years. Like that they are organic & on average last 2 months when they are opened. I find I naturally sweat which is good for the body but with no body odour issues. Have been buying from Amazon as they are generally more competitively priced/on offer than buying direct from the company

Smell is fresh and gently herbal but not overpowering. I was concerned that a rosemary scent might make me smell like a walking roast potato, but it doesn't! Not sticky, dries quickly. Keeps me free of any nasty under arm niffs when running about after children. Good to know this is a "clean" product with no toxic chemicals to be absorbed into my skin (and not tested on animals as you'd expect from this brand) and the whole bottle can be recycled. Cheaper than Tisserand, which was why I chose it. I now have this on Subscribe and Save as part of a larger order so I save 15% too meaning it is a great price.

very unpleasant smell. It definitely suppresses the sweat smell with its own heavy unpleasant fragrance. I am not sure if the item itself is that bad or maybe my item is defective, gone bad. The item is not eligible for returns, very disappointing. Paid £14 for a terrible smelly deodorant.

I have fairly sensitive skin, specifically I tend to have issues with fragranced products making my skin sore/ itchy or inflamed, and for years now Ive been using Dove as its the only thing that a) prevents me getting stinky and b) doesnt make my skin irritated. However, Ive wanted to try a "free from" deo for a while now, and thought lockdown might be the perfect time to try it, seeing as if it didnt work and I stunk, Im only going to offend myself. The first thing I noticed when looking for one, across the board, is how expensive they all are - which seems to be in line with the "if its good for or at least better for you, its about three times the price of the normal version" trend... Id say dont get me started, but getting angry about cash-grabs is a hobby. Anyway anyway. Price issue aside, I tried this, and was... Not pleasantly but not unpleasantly surprised... So basically the smell is quite strange - its like hay, or stale tea leaves. Not offensive, but definitely not lovely. The scent however doesnt hang around, and about 2 hours after application I could barely smell it at all (and what I could smell was just a sort of "outdoory" subtle smell). More importantly though, the performance; after all day wear and light exercise, I didnt develop any unpleasant odours OR sweat at all - Im not a heavy sweater in any case, but we're talking dry as a bone in the pit region. The application is a standard roller ball, which goes on well and comes out evenly - but does feel wet for a while; it takes a good 20 minutes to dry - however I didnt see any residue on clothing and NO STICKINESS which is something I expect and hate from roller-ball deos. The main thing though - skin friendliness-wise: zero irritation, no redness, no soreness, no itching - its cliche but it feels like theres nothing in my pits at all. In all, its a good, effective product that truly lasts all day, feels nice on my skin and doesnt have a heavy perfume or the skin irritation associated with such products; however for £10 its quite excessive. If it was around £5 I would promote the hell out of it; as it stands, I think I'll keep using it, but begrudgingly.

This is a brilliant deodorant-I wanted to try a prebiotic deodorant (the prebiotics feed the good bacteria in your armpits and help them multiply, pushing out the bad, smelly bacteria by outnumbering them). After having regularly used a different brand without prebiotics for a few years,, I developed bad odour just in one armpit. After using this deodorant, almost straight away this disappeared, and my armpits are back to normal. The heat has been excessive recently so it was a good time to test this deodorant, and I can say that it’s working really well. It doesn’t have an overly strong smell but it makes you smell fresh and clean, and keeps you odour free all day, so I’m very happy.

It worked well enough for me for the first two weeks but then stopped working, specifically when I did sports. It still keeps sweat odour at bay though when I don't exercise. On reflection, this may not be a bad quality deodorant but I suspect that the main active ingredient, potassium alum, has no effect on me any longer. This is also the main component of crystal deodorants, which I had to move away from after a few years of using them because they started letting me down. I thought that the prebiotics in this product might make a difference but, sadly, they didn't. It is quite mild and does not irritate my skin. In summary, if crystal deodorants don't work for you, there is a good chance this won't work too well either.

I've recently been looking for a natural deodorant as an alternative to the popular ones found in local supermarkets. I am also 7 months pregnant and found that the deodorants I have been using are not doing the job of helping me keep and feel fresh throughout my day. This product in my opinion is a must have. I was pretty hesitant at first but so happy I decided to give in and purchase. Delivery was swift and packaging was small and tidy. I've been using it now for about 3 weeks and have immediately noticed the difference. The deodorant feels soft and soothing on the underarm and where I use to sweat quite a bit before with my previous deodorants I found that with this one I hardly sweat at all and if I do its minimal and there is no bad odour whatsoever. My skin also feels and looks a lot smoother. For someone who has been using popular deodorant brands for over 20 years this for me is a first but most definitely won't be my last purchase. Size wise, its smaller and probably won't last as long but for me well worth the price. Scent is not strong at all and it also dries quite quickly and hasn't so far left any white marks on any of my clothes.

Lo solía comprar cuando vivía en Inglaterra. Se nota la variación de precio, pero este desodorante me hace efecto sin hacerle daño a mi piel. Huele suave, casi imperceptible, por lo que no roba el olor a mi perfume, pero a la misma vez fresco y limpio. Ojalá saliera mejor de precio

I’d never had BO, but a few months ago I picked up a bacteria from my husband and started having the same smell he has. I tried everything I could, and got to this deodorant. It took a single application to kill the bacteria and the smell is gone. I can’t say how happy I am! Now I’m getting one for him too.

I know it is a natural deodorant but it is not even working to cover the scent.
