A must have with the Sous Vide Cooker. Helps to keep temperature constant and is better looking when guests arrive than using a large stock pot. This item is well made, and parts fit perfectly.

This is a great product. It makes using the Sous Vide so much easier. It is tough and durable. It holds the temperature well, which is important for proper cooking. The design is simple, but very nice. Being able to hold the bags up top is a game changer. The Sous Vide attaches nicely to the side, and the lid fits on there with it. The lid is essential. It helps hold the temperature, and it keeps people and or pets from messing with your culinary art. I say art because if you've used a Sous Vide, you know it is not like other cooking. It is beautiful and delicious. I wasn't sure if I should spend the money to get this, but I'm glad I did. This was definitely worth the money. If you Sous Vide, and you're looking at reviews to see if this is worth getting, stop here. It's worth it. It's fantastic. You'll love it. Stop using random things like Tupperware, bowls, or whatever else you've tried. Just get this instead. You won't be disappointed.

Killer product. Well designed, does exactly what it is designed to do, and works well with my Anova Nano 2.o cooker as well. Really happy with it and excited to use it more. I had issues with keeping sous vide bath warm enough in my large home pot, especially when cooking vegetables at a higher temp. I often needed to wrap everything with tin foil to try and isolate it enough to raise the temp. The silicone sleeve on this container is a game changer for higher-temp sous vide needs, and folds and stores easily inside when I throw it in my butler pantry.

Excellent I had been using a large stock pot on the stove top. However, this is much much better as it is insulated. It has an insulated sleeve and a cover that really slow slows down the evaporation of water. I would definitely buy it again if I didn’t already have one.
