Ideal gloves for outdoor work in the summer. The palm has enough protection for most brambles, nettles etc but is flexible enough to allow for good grip when handling material or tools. The gloves breath well and can easily be put in a pocket when not in use.

Use these everyday on the farm have saved my knuckles a few times now, not amazing at undoing knots in string but it’s a small price to pay for such a fantastic glove, and you can use your phone with them as well!!! Round of applause 👏 will definitely buy again but still on my first pair and it’s been 4 months 👍

These gloves are great. The material and design is fantastic if you want dexterity with gloves on. Usually very comfortable, but had to file down the side label, as was scratching the side of my hand inside. Once done, they're a fab glove. I'm not military or forces of any type, just a disabled person who need warm hands. I don't want to take my gloves off everytime i do something, and these gloves are great for that. I don't have experience of protection as I don't deal with any of that stuff, but I don't doubt they'd cope if needed Easy to recommend Good value Comfortable Good dexterity Look great Help keeps hands warm. I brought these gloves for airsoft to protect my hands after a nasty shot to my fingernail. These gloves do the job amazingly and are padded enough to dampen the shots whilst still offering good dexterity. The durability is very good and they show no signs of breaking or splitting open. The fit of the gloves is nice and close to the hand but still fits very good. However the gloves don't come that far down on the wrist but that isn't a problem for me. The gloves are lightweight and are easy to carry in a bag or on a belt without getting on the way.

comfortable, hard-wearing and great fit - recommended

Was looking for a replacement pair of gloves for outdoor use in the woods etc and these do the trick. When they arrived I thought they wouldn’t fit my hands as they looked too small. They seem to stretch a little and really do fit your hand like a glove. I’ve warn them for a few weekends now and they are comfy and strong right out of the box. I’ve even covered them in Sno-Seal to increase their waterproofing properties and it works great. A very good pair of gloves that are comfy to wear and fit for purpose. Highly recommend. Oh and as an extra note for shotgun users - these gloves are good for this too once the glove wears in around your trigger finger.

My second pair of these gloves and the first pair have had a very hard life but have served me well. My first pair were black and although serviceable I felt like a change so ordered a second pair in ‘tan’. Highly recommended.

These are just an all-round great pair of gloves. They provide an excellent grip and an ideal balance between protection and dexterity. Being able to have that full range of motion and feel was especially important for my entended use: shooting/tactical gloves. I get sweaty hands when engaging in any activity that gets my heart pumping, shooting a gun is one of those activities. It is not comfortable having a deadly weapon slipping in your hand as you shoot it. These were an excellent solution. They do not limit your range of motion and the grip is just right, not too sticky and not too slick. I was able to grip the firearm great and helped my aim, control, and comfort level. That being said, these gloves provide and excellent grip and would work for activities such as driving, riding a bike, or different forms of physical labor. I personally have used them for carpentry and they are second to none. Most work gloves are thick and made of leather. Grabbing nails with them are an absolute pain in the neck. These gloves provide the protection and ability to work with precision. They will also be fit for multiple seasons, although there are better choices for winter gloves. However, I would not hesitate to use these in the winter if need be. These gloves will also be a nice addition to a camping kit as they seem to hold up pretty well for the price. They are decent for processing wood and other minor camp tasks; although, for more heavy duty tasks that do not require precision, I would recommend those thick leather gloves. I do not think it is wise to spend $30 on a pair of gloves as they will eventually end up like all gloves, ripped and riddled with holes. It is inevitable. These things will last a while and are worth the price. Amazon is also great because they sell at better prices than even Walmart or Target. At Target, I have seen them for over $20. With prime and no taxes, I only paid $17 for them. If you need super heavy dudey gloves, i would definitely recommend another pair of gloves. But, for there intended use and keeping adequat dexterity, these are the best i have found Great product from a reliable company. I highly recommend these Mechanix Wear gloves.
