Ever since my started having digestive problems taking greasy or flour-packed food or desert, she had had diarrhea. After doctor's consultation, she started eating low-fodmap food and was looking for replacement of existing probiotics that were giving her problems. I found about this product by chance here, and she hasn't had any digestive problems since then. That was a few months ago. Now she takes a pill everyday religiously and watch out for hard-to-digest food (sometimes she indulges them since she grew up with them. But no problem now). It will work for some and will not for the others, but luckily works greatly for my loving wife. There isn't many low-fodmap specialized pre and pro biotics here, and I appreciate greatly to the doctor who invented this magically wonderful product. I think this would be great for anyone following low-fodmap diet or lbs-like symptoms although one needs to check on doctor's professional opinion for taking this.

Low Fodmap and many strains of probiotics

I have been eating a low food map plan for about 10 years doing well managing my symptoms but still avoiding foods. This enzyme changed that! We have become vegetarians and I can eat beans regularly. I have also added onions back into my cooking. This stuff is magic!
