I'm confused by the existance of this product.I'm being told dont feed bellow 10*C but this product is directed to be used at these lower water temps?

Food, other than wheatgerm causes digestion problems when the water temperature drops, so the general advice is not to feed rather than feed something that will cause problems. Fish require considerably less food as the water temperature drops to around 10C.

is this good for gold fish in Aquarium too?

Sorry, I only have pond fish but I would expect the water to be well above 10 degrees C in an indoor aquarium so low temperature food would not be required. Feed normal goldfish food for aquariums.

I would only feed them when they are active and then only a little because if the food sinks to the bottom and remains there it causes the water to become unpleasant and could poison the fish. In cold weather they tend to go to the bottom of the pond and are not interested in food anyway. Wheatgerm is better in the winter as they can digest it better. I keep feeding mine all the time they are active so time it accordingly.

You should stop feeding fish around November until late March depending on the weather and Wheat germ is used to build the fish up before the cold spell and in early spring
