With laptops getting slimmer and not having enough ports nowadays, this hub is very handy. It's also very small and portable. The only thing I wish it had is an ethernet port to occasionally hardwire my laptop to the router/modem for troubleshooting.

Lo he estado usando como hub portable para una steam deck, una switch, y un portátil Lenovo y va perfecto, no carga mas lento ni he tenido ningún problema. Todas las conexiones funcionan. El único pero que le veo es la limitación de 30 fps en 4k, pero con la potencia gráfica de los dispositivos, que como mucho renderizan a 1080p, la tele se encarga de escalar la resolución. Al menos yo creo que para mi uso no es problemático, tal vez para un equipo mas potente si. Aseguraros que el dispositivo soporta video y carga PD por el puerto USB-C, tengo un portátil que tiene usb tipo C, pero solo soporta USB 3.1, no video. Como detalle, entre que lo compré y esta reseña ha cambiado la foto del producto, el que pedí y recibí no tenía Ethernet.

This device creates 3 different ports unavailable on my new Mac and adds a c-size power point to charge a phone at work - and furthermore is metal, feels well built, has looks to match the Mac and is small enough to fit in my laptop bag. I have read the reviews others have posted and have to say it wasn't what I experienced - for it is clear from the few 1-star reviews that some have had a problem with connectivity with their Mac laptops and monitors. I have tested the HDMI port to a standard Samsung external computer monitor and the USB2/3 ports to memory sticks and an external hard drive and all worked OK for me. So while there may be rogue examples or there are some combinations of laptop and perisperhal that the designers hadn't anticipated, the rating by testers and buyers suggests that for most buyers or testers this item worked as intended. The virtue of buying online is that if a product doesn't work as intended, then Amazon gets you a refund. At the current price I think this is good value. Without such a 4-way device you need to buy a lot more adapters of new connector cables.
