Will this power a firetv stick and provide ethernet speeds?

This should provide power for firetv stick, but it will not provide Ethernet via the micro USB socket, only power.Ethernet speeds will max out at 100mb

Do i need 2 of these? one at each end of the ethernet cable? do i have to have 48v psu or can 24v be used?

No, just one at end to be powered by POE step down ie a Raspberry Pi or similar. You do need a 48V POE switch at the other end of course.

What POE class device is this 0 1 or 2?

It's 5v 2.4A so 12 Watts, that's under class 1 (15 W) so I;d say it was class 0 ok to power phones, raspberry pi's etc.

Will this power a Tado Bridge and provide a network connection?
