Quality and Look
My daughter-in-law recommended this to me - it plumps lips and leaves them soft and shiny. Can be used alone or on top of a lip stain or lipstick. I always have one on hand!

Does not plump at all… :/
Lip gloss color is fine but does not plump as described. Definitely not worth the money and more hassle to return
