I’ve been using the APRILSKIN Artemisia Korean Rice Toner for a few weeks now, and it has quickly become a staple in my skincare routine. This is my most soothing toner and I use it AM/PM in my skin flooding routine daily. The texture is thin/watery, absorbs quickly, incredibly soothing to my skin (it’s dramatically addressed skin irritations I think because the Mugwart concentration is so high), it instantly cools and soothes, plus it is moisturizing I can’t live without it. I do find it also takes down inflammation I get on my cheeks from an autoimmune disease I have that affects my skin sometimes so this is great to have on hand.
