Would this be ok to use on a child's car seat? Does it dry quickly?

I used it on a woollen car carpet - excellent. I think it would be good on any car seat. Yes it dries fairly quickly; it depends on the temperature of course.

Would this be alright to use with a carpet cleaner on cars seats?

Hi, the product itself is a carpet and seat cleaner so wouldn't see the need for another carpet cleaner.

Does it clean the mud off the car interior

Yes I use it for this on all plastic and interior parts, with a microfiber cloth. Very good stuff. Actually works well on headlining too, but for carpets I would go with a specific carpet shampoo and a stiff brush for dried on mud/dirt.
