Finally switched from rolls โ never going back
Iโve used rolled parchment for years but flat sheets are a game changer. No curling, no fighting the paper to stay in the pan, no weighting down the corners. The 12x16 size fits perfectly next to my cookie sheets for storage, which sounds like a small thing but makes a real difference in kitchen organization. Theyโre always flat and ready to grab. Performance is exactly what you want from parchment โ nothing sticks, nothing burns on the bottom, and cleanup is as simple as lifting the sheet and tossing it. Baking results are noticeably more consistent. 200 sheets at this size is also a great value. Highly recommended, especially if you do any volume of baking or roasting.

Convenient Product for Cooking and Baking!
This product is amazing. I use these parchment sheets multiple times a day when cooking breakfast, lunch and dinner. They help by preventing food from sticking on the pan and reducing clean up time with the dishes.

Superior Quality Parchment
I tried an unbleached version but everything baked on it stuck. This parchment is thicker in quality and is superior than most I have tried. I bake a lot and found baked goods release easily from this parchment. The precut pieces are so much easier than a roll because the paper doesnโt curl up. I will stick to this brand from now on.

Needs to be a bit longer
Good, although it doesnโt fit a quarter sheet pan. They run a bit short.

Too early to tell if I really like these -- received yesterday. They appear to be fine. I wish requests for ratings were a few weeks after receipt of item.

Perfect for cookie trays!
After years of using and cutting rolled parchment paper to fit cookie sheets, I have to ask myself, why? These sheets are wonderful and fit standard cookie trays perfectly . Plus they are flat. No more fighting with rolled parchment paper to get it to stay put.
