This is an excellent glass mug.

This is clear glass so easy to see colour of contents. The lid is a bonus and diffuser loose tea really well. Wife uses it all the time.

Nice cup, sturdy and well made. Cleaning can be a pain as I can’t get my hand inside! Imagine if you had a dishwasher it would be perfect. Tea strainer is also very good. No little bits get through.

Well designed. Lightweight without feeling too fragile. I find it best to keep the lid off when brewing - it gets too hot

Absolutely love it. Whilst the glass is quite thin I have used it a few times now and seems ok.

The strainer base is very near the bottom of the glass mug, which is great because I can make small amounts too, I don't have to almost fill the cup with water to get it to work, I can make a half or even third of cup. Many seem to go no more than two thirds or even half way down, so you have to pretty much fill their cup with water. This one also filters the tea really well, lots of flavour gets through but no bits of tea leaf do, and the lid is great for keepng heat in as it infuses and sitting the filter in when ready to remove it to drink. It is exactly what I required. I bought a second and then my daughter liked it too, so also bought herself one.

I never use it as originally intended (tea mug) because the metal cup is huge and it just does not feel right. I use it for brewing fresh ginger and then I freeze it as ginger ice cubes and make ginger tea. This cup is awesome for that. I have a glass teapot and it just not suitable for ginger brewing because ginger plugs the slots and water does not go through. I also use it as a teapot when I have guests. It wouldn't work without the great lid included. The "mug" (teapot) is high quality and works great. It looks fragile, but it is not. Just be mindful when you use it as a mug - the metal infuser is huge and t is very easy to brew a tea which is way too strong.

Après 2 ans, je mets enfin un avis sur ce produit avec du recul. Le verre est impeccable, la paroi est très agréable avec une finition très douce. Finalement, c’est du solide, je l'ai cogné à plusieurs surfaces et elle est toujours au top. Concernant le filtre, il est génial, très fin et en inox de qualité qui après 2 ans ne présente pas d'érosions ou dégradation. La tasse n'a pas de doubles parois et peut donc être brulante, mais la hanse reste froide. De par leur constitution, le filtre et le couvercle peuvent être brulant, je n'ai cependant jamais rencontrée de problèmes pour les retirer.

Richtig schönes Teil, sehr schön stabiler und doch durchlässiger Filterzylinder, schön groß, Tee hat gut Platz zum „Schwimmen“. Henkel angenehm maximal handwarm, selbst wenn Glas kochend aufgegossen, auch Deckel und Filter nicht brüllend heiß nach paar Minuten ziehen. Sehr ordentliche Qualität insgesamt. Wir denken schon über Nachbestellen nach, da hier richtig viel und gern genutzt.
