Fast, lightweight, and reliable; handles multiple 4K monitors with ease
I picked up the HP ProBook 450 G9 to handle a little bit of everything, college classes online, running my consulting business, editing websites, and even just everyday shopping, and it’s been perfect. The speed really stand out. With the 12th Gen i7 and plenty of RAM, I can seamlessly switch between Zoom, editing tools, and multiple browser tabs without any slowdown. It’s lightweight enough to carry around without feeling bulky, and the battery easily gets me through a full day of work or classes. One of my favorite features is the USB-C PD port. I use it with a docking station that charges the laptop while driving two external 4K monitors; something you don’t often see in laptops in this price range. For me, that’s been a game-changer for productivity. I actually used the earlier version of this laptop at a logistics job a few years back, and it left such a good impression that I knew I wanted the newer model for myself. This one hasn’t disappointed as it’s fast, reliable, and versatile. If you need a laptop that can handle both business and personal life without fuss, this is it.

Not Great
The worst thing about this is the charger. It has a regular round port to plug a charger in, but instead of giving me that charger, they give me a USB-C charger, which takes up one of the ports. I wanted USB-C ports for other things and now, I'm stuck. Why does this thing even have a round port for a charger when the charger isn't made for it? I need the ports for other things and this is just ridiculous. And nothing in the ad suggested it would use up a USB C port or that it didn't come with the round-ended charger. Also, this is advertised as coming with Windows 11 Pro. It didn't. It came with Windows 10. I've setup a return and hope to get my money back.

Bought it for programming, just buy extra 16GB ddr4 ram so u can have 32G. It has 16G on one slot with other slot empty! Response and processing is quick. Battery seems ok Machine is gorgeous. No backlit keyboard and no touch screen

Keyboard has no light-on option, forever in the dark, this is a drop of the ball on such a good machine
