Can you apply to the for skin?

The whole point of this product is to apply it to your skin to form a barrier. The barrier may be against a dressing such a sticking plaster for example that can cause irritation of the skin otherwise.

Can this be used directly on an open wound to help seal it and stem bleeding

No this is Barrier Cream to be used for sore skin and protection from adhesive trauma/friction. This is not to be used on open wounds and cannot stop any form of bleeding.

Is it important for the wound to be perfectly clean?

It's always important for any wound to be perfectly clean because any 'dirt' can cause infection. The instructions clearly state that it is NOT to be used on infected areas of the skin. and that it should be used only on clean and dry skin. It is a spray-on clear film which forms a waterproof barrier which acts as a protective interface against bodily wastes, fluids, etc. It is definitely not for use for open, wet and/or seeping wounds.

Can this be used under the bust line to help sweat iratating the skin.

For a cheaper way to solve this problem use mitchum advanced 24he roll on deodorant (the green one) It works brilliantly even on damaged skin it has no alcohol in the formula it doesn't sting. Just make sure you wash the area first and pay dry before you use the product.
